Multi-Spout Slab Bottle

This is a multi-spout slab bottle. It stands around 15 inches (I think).
The spouts were thrown on the wheel and the slabs are hand built.
The glaze on the body is...I forget...and a matt red or maybe spodumene (spelling might be wrong here) was sprayed at the top where the three spouts are.
Made in 2002 or maybe 2001 in Salt Lake City.
